Spray Tanning (3)

What should I wear to a spray tan appointment?

Wear loose, dark, comfortable clothing and slip-on shoes or sandals so nothing rubs the solution while it develops. Bring a loose top and bottoms you don’t mind getting a little stained, since the solution can transfer. During your session, you can be as covered or uncovered as you like. Many guests choose a disposable garment or go bare for the most even color. We provide a cap, protective items and privacy to change.

How do I prepare for a spray tan?

Exfoliate and shave or wax the day before, not the same day. Arrive with clean, dry skin, and skip lotion, deodorant, perfume and makeup on the day of your appointment, because they can block the solution. Wear the loose clothing described above.

What do I do after a spray tan?

Wear loose, dark clothing and slip-on shoes home. Avoid sweating, swimming and getting wet until your technician tells you the solution has developed. Follow the rinse instructions you’re given, then moisturize daily to help the color fade evenly.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage (4)

What is a lymphatic drainage massage?

It’s a very light, slow, rhythmic massage that uses gentle strokes along the body’s lymph pathways. The pressure is much lighter than a deep tissue or Swedish massage, and most people find it deeply relaxing. We offer it as a full-body treatment, and the same gentle technique is used in facial lymphatic massage.

How much does a lymphatic drainage massage cost?

The price depends on the length of your session and whether you add other treatments. Check our current service menu or contact us for today’s rates, and ask about packages if you plan to visit more than once.

How often should I get a lymphatic drainage massage?

That depends on your goals. Some guests come for a one-time treat, while others book regularly as part of a self-care routine. Your therapist can suggest a schedule after your first visit.

Is lymphatic drainage massage safe for everyone?

It’s gentle, but it isn’t right for every situation. If you have a heart condition, kidney problems, blood clots, an active infection or cancer, or you’re unsure, check with your doctor before booking. This treatment is for relaxation and well-being and isn’t a substitute for medical care.

Foot Detox, Saunas And Body Wraps (4)

What is an ionic foot detox?

An ionic foot detox is a relaxing foot bath in which your feet rest in warm water with an ionizing unit. It’s offered as a wellness and relaxation experience. It isn’t a medical treatment, and we don’t claim that it diagnoses, treats or cures any condition.

What is a full spectrum infrared sauna, and how does it work?

A traditional sauna heats the air around you. An infrared sauna uses infrared light to warm your body directly. “Full spectrum” means the sauna uses near, mid and far infrared wavelengths. Many guests find the heat gentler than a traditional sauna, so they can stay comfortable for the whole session. Drink water before and after, and talk to your doctor first if you’re pregnant or have a health condition.

What is an infrared body wrap?

A body wrap is a spa treatment in which you’re wrapped and warmed, often with infrared heat, for a relaxing session. People enjoy it for the warmth and the chance to rest. We’ll explain the options and how long each one takes when you book.
