Consumer Notice: Verify Your Appointment Before Sending Payment

Allvera Body Wrap & Wellness operates at 2079 West 5th Avenue, Columbus, OH 43212.

Online listings using names including Kim Massage, Scarlet Spa, and Scarlett Spa have incorrectly identified our address as their location. These businesses do not operate at our property and are not affiliated with Allvera Body Wrap & Wellness.

Some listings have also used photographs of Allvera’s building or signage. The appearance of our address or building photograph on another business’s listing does not establish any connection to Allvera.

Reports of deposit requests

People arriving at our property looking for these businesses have reported being asked to pay deposits, including $50 payments, before their visits. Allvera did not collect those payments and cannot honor appointments or payments made to unrelated businesses.

Please verify before booking or paying

• Use the booking link on Allvera’s official website to schedule Allvera services.
• Contact Allvera using the phone number published on our website if you are unsure whether an appointment is with us.
• Do not rely solely on a map pin, address, or photograph to verify a business.
• Allvera is not a 24-hour business. Please check our official website for current hours.

If you believe you paid a business falsely using our address, contact your payment provider promptly about available dispute options and report the misleading listing to Google Maps.

We have reported this ongoing issue to Google and contacted local authorities. We appreciate your help preventing further confusion and protecting consumers.
